SJUMC Youth (6th –12th Grade)
Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights, beginning with a family meal at 5:30 pm, followed by worship, message, and games from 6-7:30 pm. Our youth group is a place where everyone is welcome, and we strive to keep a place where everyone feels safe to be who they are. Within the night we have large group worship and small group discussions and activities as we recognize conversation can be much different between middle and high school.
Kids’ Club (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
This children’s program is an afterschool opportunity for kids (and student leaders) to benefit from a mentor as we rotate each week between reading, working on a craft, and playing a 1-on-1 game. These activities are the “vehicle” in which we can make a positive impact in our kids’ lives. We meet on Wednesdays at 5:30pm for a family dinner and followed by the activity of the night from 6-7pm.
